Lynn coaches individuals, teams and organisations throughout New Zealand who demonstrate a strong desire to deliver outstanding business results and who recognise the crucial need to develop strong trusting relationships to achieve this. He facilitates clients to create clarity around personal and organisational objectives and aligns them to create compelling outcomes with a strong commitment to effective action.
His extensive experience in advising a wide range of New Zealand and international organisations, has given him an ability to relate to and understand the complex challenges facing business leaders today.
Throughout Lynn’s career he has demonstrated a passionate belief that a critical factor in achieving outstanding sustainable business results is a relentless focus on leadership, self improvement and excellent interpersonal relationships.
Having personally dealt with many significant personal and business challenges has given him insight and understanding for clients facing similar situations.
