Regaining Lost Motivation and Improving Performance
Our client’s KPIs were not being achieved, motivation was down and confidence was at a low level. Their boss, recognising the critical need to turn the situation around, asked us to coach the employee.
We talked with our client and elicited feedback from several of his stakeholders – seniors, peers, and juniors- using our comprehensive Gap Analysis process. The report focussed on the employee’s key strengths and past successes as well as analysing the current situation. Our coaching focussed on leveraging the attitudes, emotions and behaviours that would allow him to rediscover his confidence and motivation.
Our client’s KPIs quickly improved, along with his passion and enthusiasm. He is respected throughout the company and, four years on continues to be a highly effective, successful and self-assured leader.
