Commitment: Successful leadership development requires organisational and personal commitment. We commit to use our skills and resources to assist you to make any changes and realise your goals. You commit to the work required to make these changes and goals a reality.
Honesty: We undertake to be honest in all our dealings with you and we ask the same of you.
Communication: Subject to our confidentiality obligations below we are committed to open and honest communication with our clients.
Quality: We are committed to providing you with quality leadership development services. If you have any queries or concerns about work undertaken for you, please contact any of our Partners at any time.
Responsibility: During the course of your leadership development programme you will decide to take certain actions. These decisions are ultimately yours to make and yours to take responsibility for.
Materials: From time to time we will provide you with valuable materials. Any such materials we provide to you are for your personal use only unless otherwise agreed by us.
Value
Quotations: We will provide you with a quotation or estimate prior to the commencement of your leadership development programme and outline our terms of payment.
Change of scope: Where we believe our programme has changed from that quoted or estimated we will contact you for approval.
Termination: You may suspend or terminate our engagement at any time but you are responsible to pay for services provided and disbursements incurred up to that date. For our part we undertake to be alert to indications that it may be appropriate for you or us to refocus or terminate the relationship.
Confidentiality
Confidential information: We will respect the confidentiality of any information you provide to us, and not disclose the same, except as otherwise authorised by you, or as required by law.
Client coaching confidentiality: Our relationship with an individual client is one of utmost confidentiality. Matters discussed in our one on one coaching sessions will not be disclosed to the company or the coaching sponsor without the express permission of our client.
References: We will obtain your agreement before releasing your name as a client, for references or other purposes.
Conflict of Interest: If we become aware of any actual or potential conflict of interest, we will openly disclose it and fully discuss with you how to deal with it in whatever way best serves you.
