Client Meeting: An initial meeting to understand you, your situation your aspirations and to assess our client / coach ‘fit’.
Gap Analysis Process: Eliciting your views on your leadership strengths and development areas and the perspective of other selected stakeholders will provide a strong background for your development. Any other relevant assessment data is assessed and through this process the key enablers for success are identified.
Setting Outcomes: Establishing compelling and measurable outcomes for your coaching development including timeframes and measurements for success. We challenge you to ensure these outcomes are aligned with who you are as a leader.
Executive Coaching & Mentoring: The coaching is tailored and focused on the areas that will deliver the results being sought. Typical coaching relationships last 3 to 6 months and often include twice monthly face to face sessions plus interim telephone or email contact. All coaching is conducted by one of our partners who have strong backgrounds in leadership & development.
Measurement of Results: The coaching engagement is completed by measuring your results against the outcomes set.
