Lynn’s recent leadership team assignments include:

  • Lynn was asked to facilitate a planning session for an organisation in a significant state of flux with low staff morale.  Lynn’s approach was to combine the planning focus with a specific long term emphasis on individual and team motivation and effectiveness leading to major increases in enthusiasm, commitment and action.
  • Lynn facilitated a succession planning process for a privately owned New Zealand business.  Lynn added significant value by creating an environment where both business considerations and challenging, sensitive personal issues could be addressed and resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
  • When two senior leaders in an organisation had a seriously dysfunctional relationship it was hugely damaging to the individuals concerned and to the business. Lynn’s strong focus on continually moving towards a solution and his empathy was particularly effective in achieving a resolution.

Lynn’s recent executive coaching assignments include:

  • Lynn worked with a financial expert transitioning to a leadership role. This involved a new focus on influencing and relationship skills to add to his technical credibility. His client company reported significant improvements in both competence and confidence.
  • Lynn has worked extensively with a professional services firm coaching senior staff stepping up to new roles. He was then asked to coach the Partner group individually and as a team with a special emphasis on aligning personal and organisational objectives.  Developing open and trusting communication was a critical aspect in achieving this outcome.
