Examples of Kevin’s recent work
Kevin’s recent executive coaching assignments include:
- A newly appointed CEO of a mid range government department wanted, in their words, to “nail the new role” at a time when there was pressure on them to achieve significant restructuring.
- A director in professional services firm who was identified as a prospect for partnership but had gaps in terms of his self awareness and ability to positively understand and influence colleagues, staff and some clients.
- An executive who felt after 10 years in their leadership role they had lost their ‘mojo’ and wanted to regain their motivation, clarity of direction and sense of wellbeing.
- The New Zealand GM for a medical and drugs company who felt she was isolated in her role at a time when driving significant efficiency improvements and growth was critical for the business.
Kevin’s recent leadership consulting assignments include:
- A Wellington public sector organisation found their commercial environment was becoming more challenging and there was a need to change, become more competitive and deliver more value with less resource. Kevin worked with the CEO and senior team with a focus on how they could most effectively achieve this and inspire the staff engagement and accountability required to deliver change and value in their new environment.
- A professional services firm wanted to access the full potential of their people and improve staff retention. Kevin assisted them by quantifying the gap and identifying the leadership approach & skills that would allow them to bridge it. He worked with them as they developed their leadership and delivered on their objectives. To read more go to PricewaterhouseCoopers case study.
